The Spa Therapist's tasks include greeting and welcoming spa customers, advising them about spa packages, promotions, and pricing, and customizing treatments and therapies to suit customers’ needs. You should also be able to recommend other spa services and upsell spa products.

To be a great Spa Therapist, you must keep up with the latest industry practices for massages and therapies in order to deliver exceptional customer care. Ultimately, an excellent Spa Therapist should be able to display respect and patience to make customers feel more relaxed.
