A highly motivated and experienced Outbound Telecaller cum Office Admin (Preferably female candidate) to join our growing team in the UAE.
✨ Key Requirements:
✅ 2-3 years of proven experience in telecalling /customer service
✅ MUST HAVE IT industry experience
✅ MUST HAVE UAE work experience
✅ Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus!)
✅ Strong database management and lead generation abilities
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
✅ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
✅ Degree holder (any discipline)

📞 Conduct effective outbound calling and lead generation activities
💻 Manage customer database with accurate information
👋 Handle reception duties and welcome visitors professionally
📊 Create reports, documents, and spreadsheets as required
