Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pastry Chef for a reputed coffee outlet in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in baking and pastry preparation, with creativity and a passion for excellence in the culinary arts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare a variety of baked goods such as croissants, breads, and desserts.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Follow established recipes and innovate new creations.
• Operate and maintain baking equipment and ovens efficiently.
• Manage ingredients and inventory for daily baking needs.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and service.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in bakery or pastry.
• Age below 40 years.
• Gulf experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
