We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics Business Analyst to support Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM implementations. Responsibilities include requirement gathering, gap analysis, process documentation, UAT support, and acting as a liaison between business and technical teams. Candidates must have strong domain knowledge in Finance, Operations, or Customer Service, prior D365 experience, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Prior GCC/MENA client experience is a plus.
