Position: Fitter (Motor & Pump Maintenance)

Gulf Experienced Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and inspecting motor faults
• Dismantling, overhauling, servicing, and refitting motors
• Inspecting and repairing rotary equipment & water pumps (centrifugal, chiller, submersible)
• Handling maintenance of sewage & chiller pumps
• Laser alignment & rotor dynamic balancing (advantageous)
• Generator alternator troubleshooting, rewinding inspection, and AVR testing
• Performing IR & Megger testing, alternator refitting with test runs
• Diagnosing electrical motor faults

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory Gulf experience
• Experience working in a motor rewinding workshop
• Solid knowledge of alternator and motor overhauling

Job Benefits:

• Salary starting from QR 1800 (finalized after telephonic interview)
• 2-year contract with 84 days paid leave
