Candidates must be locally available in Qatar with a valid QID and ready to join immediately."

Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in technical support of desktops and laptops. Printers and other end user devices.

Support the delivery of infrastructure projects.

Ensure 24/7 smooth operations of IT and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions to improve systems availability and stability.

Ensure that all incidents reported to the IT service desk are responded to efficiently and in a timely manner to reduce business impact.

Installing/Troubleshooting of Operating Systems, Anti-virus software, MS Office suites

Good hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments

ITIL V3 foundation certified (preferred)
