We’re looking for a functional AI Generalist who can:

💬 Speak the language of Large Language Models (LLMs)

🔍 Spot opportunities where AI agents can boost productivity

🧠 Guide tech teams on what to build and why it matters

This is a non-technical role where you’ll drive AI-powered innovation across departments.

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

🧭 Identify real-world business tasks ripe for automation using AI agents (e.g. resume screening, lead follow-up, internal Q&A bots)

✍️ Design smart workflows using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other LLMs

🧑‍💻 Collaborate with the tech team to build and deploy AI agents

🗣️ Explain complex AI ideas in simple, actionable ways to decision-makers

📈 Measure and improve the impact of AI across operations

🧑‍🏫 Conduct training sessions to help teams work smarter with AI

🧩 What We’re Looking For:

🤝 A strategist, communicator, and problem-solver — not just a techie

🔍 Functional knowledge of LLMs and prompt-based tools (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini, Copilot, etc.)

🧰 Familiar with how AI agents work (even if you don’t build them yourself)
