HEAD OF COMMISSIONING (Topsides and STP) Offshore

Project                   :  Offshore Topsides, Pipelines & STP

Contract Duration  : 36 Months

Job Location          : Qatar, Offshore

Rotation                 :  28 days on / 28 days off

Bachelor’s degree in applied sciences or engineering with 15 years’ experience large-scale commissioning EPC projects in the oil and gas industry. Responsible for managing the Commissioning activities of Offshore Topsides and Pipelines from preparation stage to final acceptance by the Operation Team.

Knowledge in projects execution, engineering, operations, pre-commissioning, commissioning and systems completion.

Expert in engineering design standards, specifications, codes, operating equipment in the Oil & Gas industry, and appropriate safety criteria.

Experience in managing oil and gas facilities commissioning project from preparation stage, commissioning execution and providing support for start-up and performance test well head platform facility.

Experience of handling system completion workflow process, system completion database of major project at many locations such as fabrication yard, onshore and offshore including handover from project team to operations, interface within internal organization and familiar with system completion database ICAPS and commissioning methodology.

familiar with preparation of work pack and job card for offshore HUC campaign

Experience with preservation activities from construction warehouses to RFSU

Experience with pipeline inspection
