*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Foreman to oversee our construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the construction industry, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.

- Lead and manage a team of workers, ensuring they understand their tasks and responsibilities.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to management.

- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.

- ⁠Able to mark as per drawing’s with the use of leveler’s.

- ⁠To be able to explain all tasks to workers and communicate properly with them.

- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are maintained.

- Maintain accurate records of labor, materials used, and project progress.

- Train and mentor junior staff and laborers as needed.

*Qualifications:*

- 2-4 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a foreman or supervisory role.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
