What We Offer :

- 5-day workweek

- Salary: AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month

- 40% commission (50% paid in advance)

- 10% salary hike on every 3rd deal

Who Can Apply :

- Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience

- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

- Goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals
