Mindteck Bahrain (Onsite) ✈️ is hiring a Lead Full Stack Web Developer / Solution Architect – MES & Industrial Analytics with good experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to architect and deliver cutting-edge web applications for industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the architecture and development of modern MES web applications

Architect scalable backends with REST APIs that integrate with MES layers, ERP systems, PLCs, SCADA, historians, and other OT/IT systems.

Oversee integration with industrial protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT, and integration with databases (SQL/NoSQL/Time-series).

Define and implement data models and analytics pipelines for production tracking, quality metrics, and performance dashboards.

Collaborate with MES engineers, plant IT, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Drive integration of Business Intelligence into MES platforms for actionable insights.

Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and establish coding and design best practices.

Ensure solutions adhere to security, performance, and compliance standards within manufacturing environments.

Contributes to roadmap planning for MES digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience:

BE/ BTech/ MCA

10+ years

Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core (3.1+), ASP.NET Core, and Web API design.

Advanced experience with Angular and Blazor for building responsive industrial web applications.

Deep understanding of MES architectures, shop floor operations, and integration with production systems.

Solid experience in developing REST APIs and integrating with diverse data sources (ERP, PLC, SCADA, historians).

Proficient in Entity Framework, asynchronous programming, and performance tuning.

Hands-on with OPC UA, MQTT, DCOM, and other industrial communication protocols.

Knowledge of manufacturing data models (ISA-95, batch/continuous/discrete processes).

Experience with IT/OT convergence, cybersecurity best practices, and data acquisition strategies.

Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Grafana) and ability to design real-time analytics dashboards.

Familiar with mobile application development and modern DevOps pipelines.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, operations, and IT teams.

Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise software development lifecycle.

Bonus: Knowledge of Python, R, machine learning applications in manufacturing (predictive maintenance, quality control).
