Roles & Responsibilities:

Windows patching on endpoints such as laptops, desktops

Make sure endpoints are upgraded to the supported version

SCOP for end-user support

VIP Support

HO and Branch users support

Ensuring endpoints are protected with AV and encrypted

Experience Required:

In-depth knowledge in Windows OS and administration

Knowledge in Windows patching and upgrade

Experience in SCCM and Manage Engine

Knowledge in ITIL standards

Hands-on knowledge in Win11

Knowledge of Microsoft BitLocker, MDATP, Trend Micro

Hands-on experience with different endpoints (Laptops / Desktops / VMs / VDI / AVD)

Good hardware knowledge

Minimum 3 years Diploma / Degree in IT

3 years experience in the relevant field

ITIL / MCSE certification
