Admin Executive – Sharjah, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office administration including facility management, supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for leadership and teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and filing systems (digital and physical).
- Handle incoming correspondence, phone calls, inquiries, and visitors professionally.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks such as onboarding, attendance tracking, basic data entry, and invoice processing.
- Assist in planning and executing internal events, meetings, and team activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and help uphold a positive office culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management tools/software.
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
