We are currently seeking a highly experienced Rigging/Scaffolding Foreman to join our dynamic team for onshore and offshore projects across Qatar.

🔧 Job Requirements:

✅ Minimum 10 years of oil & gas construction experience with offshore exposure

✅ At least 4 years of experience in offshore rigging/slinging operations from floating platforms

✅ Extensive offshore scaffolding experience

✅ Must hold a Diploma / Graduation / HSC

✅ Fluent in English – Grade A (spoken and written)

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

▪ Manage and maintain rigging loft and scaffolding racks ensuring all equipment is tested and registered

▪ Fully compliant with QatarEnergy Standard for Lifting Equipment and Operations (QP–PAI-STD-005)

▪ Oversee rigging and slinging of all loads using cranes or other lifting equipment

▪ Direct lifts using BS 7121 Part 1 hand signals

▪ Supervise and inspect scaffold erection per BS 5973:1993 and maintain “Scaff tag” system

▪ Demonstrate strong leadership and labor control in offshore environments

▪ Hold a trade qualification relevant to rigging/scaffolding
