HR Business Partner – Dubai (Full-time)
A strategic HR consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to manage multiple client engagements across the UAE and GCC. The role involves HR audits, compliance, people strategy, and leadership development for SME and mid-market clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR consultancy projects for multiple clients.
- Conduct HR audits, ensure compliance, and deliver people strategy solutions.
- Design and deliver leadership development and change management interventions.
- Build strong client relationships and provide senior stakeholder advisory.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years HR experience; at least 1 year in the UAE within HR consultancy or HRBP roles.
- Experience with HR audits, compliance, and people strategy for SMEs/mid-market clients.
- Arabic speakers preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills.
Compensation & Work Setup
- Salary: AED 12,000 - 15,000 per month.
- Flexible work setup (remote / hybrid).
