We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and accelerate growth through innovative, data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, content, email, social, and events.
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align business strategies.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities.
• Drive PR, communications, and thought leadership initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, SEO/SEM.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
