Position: Influencer Marketing Manager (Remote, UAE-Based)

Salary: AED 10,000–15,000 + Performance Bonuses

Preferred: Arabic Speakers (Jordanian / Lebanese)

What You’ll Do:

• Build and execute influencer strategies.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships.
• Track key KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROAS.
• Manage long-term creator relationships and ambassador programs.
• Collaborate with creative, PR, and client teams.
• Deliver reports and performance updates to clients.

You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Strong network of GCC and KSA content creators.
• Excellent negotiation, budgeting, and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working remotely.

Location: Remote (Candidate must be based in UAE)
