👨‍💻 About the Role:

·Develop and manage the integrated Project Master Schedule using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.

·Lead and coordinate baseline schedule preparation, resource and cost loading, and schedule risk analysis.

·Collaborate with project teams (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning) to ensure alignment with timelines.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 12 years (Must be in Lead role) of hands-on experience in Planning and Scheduling within large-scale EPC oil & gas, Petrochemical - EPC Projects (Mandatory -Handling – Substation project)

Proven track record in a Lead Planning and Scheduling role across multi-disciplinary, high-value projects.

✅ Requirements:

·Bachelor’s Degree (B.E / B.Tech) in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university (4-year regular mandatory program).

·Expertise in Primavera P6, and MS Excel (Advanced)

Strong grasp of Critical Path Method (CPM), EVM (Earned Value Management), and resource optimization

·Proficiency in claims support and forensic delay analysis
