The Legal team has been instructed on two exciting new opportunities for semi-government entities who are looking for a Legal Manager and Company Secretary to join their teams.

Legal Manager – Semi-Government Entity | Abu Dhabi

Requirements:

▪️Minimum 8 years PQE gained through an in-house corporate role or a

reputable law firm

▪️Proven experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, Marine, or Construction sectors

(essential)

▪️Strong understanding of commercial contracting

▪️Admission to a Bar and a valid license to practice law

▪️Must be based in the UAE

Company Secretary – Semi-Government Entity | Abu Dhabi

Requirements:

▪️Minimum 4 years’ experience in Corporate Governance, Secretarial duties,

and Regulatory Compliance

▪️Hands-on experience supporting Board and Committee meetings,

managing corporate records, and providing administrative support

▪️Minimum 2 years’ experience in a listed company

▪️Arabic speaker preferred
