We’re working with a leading client in the financial services sector to hire a Manager – Compensation & Benefits. This strategic role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in rewards, job evaluation, payroll budgeting, and performance-driven frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

▪️ Design, review & implement grading structures

▪️ Lead job evaluation and compensation benchmarking exercises

▪️ Maintain and analyse the annual payroll budget

▪️ Recommend salary & benefits increments based on market data

▪️ Develop and manage performance-based pay schemes

▪️ Oversee the HRIS system and suggest process improvements

▪️ Administer insurance cover and handle employee requests

▪️ Support implementation of the performance management framework
