On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Restaurant General Manager for a fine dining Japanese restaurant currently in its pre-opening stage in Abu Dhabi.

The brand already operates a successful venue in Dubai and is expanding into the UAE capital. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape a world-class hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's pre-opening operations and launch.
• Set up operational procedures, service standards, and team structures.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor performance, financials, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with ownership and executive chefs to ensure brand consistency and excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing fine dining restaurants, preferably Japanese or Asian cuisine (not mandatory).
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on management style.
• Experience with pre-opening projects and team building.
• Must be based in the UAE and ready for immediate engagement.
