Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week (Monday - Sat, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

Achieve individual monthly sales targets of AED 2.5M – 3M

Engage and register 1–2 new broker companies daily

Maintain deep knowledge of the Dubai real estate market

Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships

Key Skills:

* Proven sales and negotiation skills

* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

* Fluency in English plus one of the targeted languages

* Confidence in dealing with high-net-worth clients

* Solid understanding of Dubai’s real estate laws and processes

* CRM and lead management proficiency

* Self-motivated with a proactive sales mindset
