Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting fabrics based on texture, design, and purpose.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of textile types, weaves, and trends.
• Handle sales transactions, billing, and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Ensure attractive merchandising and fabric display in the showroom.
• Work closely with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in textile or fabric sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for textiles, colors, and design aesthetics.
• Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass.
