Location: Ruwais, Abu Dhabi (Oil & Gas Projects)

We are looking for experienced Timekeeper to join our team!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

✅ Managing daily attendance using biometric systems

✅ Collecting and consolidating attendance reports from multiple project locations

✅ Verifying absences with site teams before finalizing daily reports

✅ Submitting accurate attendance data to Management and Finance

✅ Uploading reports daily into the SAP system

🎯 Requirements:

✔️ Experience in timekeeping or admin roles (construction/Oil & Gas sector preferred)

✔️ Familiar with biometric attendance systems & SAP

✔️ Strong Excel and coordination skills

✔️ Attention to detail and ability to handle multi-site data
