At least 5+ years in expediting within EPC projects.

🛠️ SKILLS:

Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office

Knowledge of material management/procurement

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Expedite procurement from PO issuance to material delivery.

Follow up with vendors for documentation, testing, and shipping

Coordinate document review and approval with Engineering & Quality teams.

Ensure non-conforming materials/documents are replaced if NCRs are issued.

Generate and maintain procurement reports and documentation

Liaise with internal departments and vendors to resolve material-related issues.

Maintain and monitor stock and PO status.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and seek approvals for deviations.

✔ Candidate Must have 8+ years of Gulf Exp.
