Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain the NetSuite platform across departments (finance, inventory, sales, procurement, etc.).
• Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite workflows, scripts, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide support and training for end-users, troubleshoot issues, and manage system upgrades.
• Coordinate with different departments to gather requirements and improve business processes using NetSuite functionalities.
• Manage user roles and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance.
• Integrate third-party applications or external systems with NetSuite as needed.
• Monitor system performance and usage to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with external NetSuite partners and consultants when necessary.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite administration.
• Strong understanding of business processes in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
• Previous experience in Gulf countries is a plus.
• Experience in custom fields, saved searches, workflows, and SuiteScript.
• Knowledge of financial modules, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
• NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
• Experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, or SuiteBuilder.
• Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Dell Boomi) is an advantage.
