Professional HR certifications (preferred)

Familiarity with HR software systems

🧾 Experience

3–5 years in an HR support role (HR Assistant, HR Officer, or HR Coordinator) within the UAE (Only consider Facility management or Property Management domain)

Strong understanding of core HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding

Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law, employment contracts, work permits, health & safety, termination, and employee benefits
