IT Manager — Habitat Hotel (Saudi Arabia)

Overview: Manage and maintain hotel IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable operations of servers, network, PMS and POS systems while driving IT support and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hotel IT infrastructure including servers, Wi-Fi, PMS and POS systems.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, vendor coordination and upgrades.
• Ensure data security, backups and basic IT governance practices are in place.
• Oversee helpdesk and on-site support to maintain high availability of guest and back-office systems.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for maintenance and project delivery.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hotel IT operations experience preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of networks, servers, PMS/POS systems and cybersecurity basics.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors and hotel teams.
• Basic English proficiency required.
