Are you a seasoned Technical Manager with deep expertise in solution architecture, project leadership, and financial integrations?

We’re looking for a strong leader to design and deliver complex integration architectures, manage multi-stakeholder projects, and ensure regulatory compliance in a mission-critical banking environment.

This role blends hands-on technical leadership, team management, and strategic execution across enterprise banking systems.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

✅ 8–10+ years in IT leadership, with focus on:

Integration & solution architecture

Enterprise system delivery

Project/program management

✅ Experience in banking, finance, or regulated financial sectors

✅ Familiar with IBM Integration Bus, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML

✅ Hands-on with systems like SADAD, SARIE, mada, etc.

✅ Strong grasp of data security, risk management, and compliance

✅ Able to lead both on-site and remote teams

✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
