Candidate Sourcing:
• Use a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms, to find and engage with potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to proactively identify qualified candidates.
Screening and Assessment:
• Perform initial screenings of candidates, including reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews, to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Administer tests or assessments as needed to evaluate specific skills or competencies.
• Present qualified candidates to talent acquisition partners and organize interviews.
Candidate Management:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing guidance, feedback, and regular communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Inform candidates about job roles, expectations, and company culture.
• Collect and manage candidate feedback and update internal databases.
Compliance and Documentation:
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidates.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Reporting and Metrics:
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of the recruitment process.
• Make recommendations for process improvements and resource allocation based on data.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in recruiting for various-level positions, including senior roles, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience as a recruiter in an agency is an advantage.
• At least 4-5 years of recruitment experience. Minimum 2 years in UAE.
• Strong understanding of the sourcing process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using various sourcing techniques and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Must be on sponsored Visa - Husband/Father Visa

Salary:
AED 2,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
