We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager (3-7 years experience) to drive growth in our Dubai operations. You'll identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand our footprint in the Middle East's tech market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt new clients and nurture relationships with enterprise customers
- Sell our portfolio of IT solutions (software development, cloud, AI/ML, etc.)
- Achieve quarterly sales targets and manage the full sales cycle
- Develop go-to-market strategies for the UAE/GCC region
- Collaborate with technical teams to craft customized proposals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of proven B2B sales experience in IT services (software, cloud, or digital solutions)
- Strong network with UAE enterprises, government entities, or startups
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Technical aptitude to understand and pitch IT solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Arabic language skills are a plus (not mandatory)
