Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Availability: Must be currently in UAE
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 3 years of administrative/office support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with ERP systems; ZOHO knowledge is a plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Customer service-oriented and a team player
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders with accuracy
Assist in budgeting, bookkeeping, invoices, and expenses
Perform general clerical duties—calls, emails, document preparation
Support colleagues in project coordination and daily admin tasks
Maintain office files and records for smooth operations
Act as liaison for internal and external communications
Ensure all tasks are carried out per company policies
